We present Zilker Brewing to the jiujitsu community as part of our ode to the East Side.
Several years ago Zilker took the world by storm by revolutionizing jiujitsu training. They were the first to hold Brew-jitsu; an open mat in the back in of a brewery between the fermentation tanks.
Today we wear these shorts to remind everyone where to rehydrate on the East Side.
